Evidentia Cam is developed and published by Tizquick Studios, a sole-trader software developer based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at support@tizquick.com.
2. Information the App Uses
Camera
The app uses your device camera to capture photographs. Photos are saved directly to your
device storage and are never uploaded to Tizquick Studios or any Tizquick server.
You remain in full control of your photos at all times.
Location (GPS)
The app reads your GPS coordinates to embed location information on photos — including
latitude/longitude, altitude, British National Grid or Irish Grid reference, and a
reverse-geocoded address. This happens on-device. Your precise coordinates are
never sent to Tizquick Studios. Location data may be sent to
third-party services (see Section 4) solely to resolve an address or display a map tile.
Internet access
An internet connection is optional. When available, it is used to synchronise the
timestamp with a network time server, retrieve a more detailed street address, and
display map tiles in the minimap overlay. All core evidence capture functions — including
GPS coordinates, grid references, and offline address lookup — work without any
internet connection.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
Tizquick Studios does not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Your name, email address, or any personal identifier
- Your photographs or their metadata
- Your GPS location or address history
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash reports
No account is required to use Evidentia Cam. We have no means of identifying individual users.
4. Third-Party Services
When connected to the internet, the app may contact the following services. In every case, only the minimum data required for that function is transmitted — typically just your approximate coordinates. No personal identifiers are included in these requests.

Map data in offline databases is sourced from OpenStreetMap contributors (© OpenStreetMap, ODbL licence) and Ordnance Survey (© Crown copyright). This data is stored locally on your device.
5. Data Retention
Because Tizquick Studios does not collect your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Photos and their embedded location stamps are stored on your own device and subject to your own device storage management. Uninstalling the app removes the app and its databases; your photos in device storage are unaffected.
6. Children's Privacy
Evidentia Cam is a professional tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app is not directed at, or designed for use by, children under the age of 13.
7. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase personal data held about you. Since Tizquick Studios holds no personal data about individual users, these rights are satisfied by the app's design. If you have any concerns, please contact us at support@tizquick.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted at this address (tizquick.com/privacy-policy.html) with a revised effective date at the top of the page. Continued use of the app after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
